Please, go ahead! You are welcome to bring your own booze to the festival – for personal consumption within reason – provided you are of age. Your drinks however will not be permitted in the main stage area. Try not to overdo it!

Do you sell day tickets?

At present, we have a limited number of day tickets available for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There are also day parking tickets available.

What forms of I.D. are accepted?

We accept Passports, Driving Licenses, citizenship cards and Validate UK cards.

Do I need proof for the Low Income Ticket?

The Low Income ticket is exclusively for people who either do not have any income or are on a low wage. This ticket does not require proof and relies on honesty. There are a limited number of these tickets, so if you can pay for a full price ticket, then please do. Thanks

Can I enter and exit the festival over the weekend?

You are more than welcome to come and go as you please, and we actively encourage visiting the local area, however please make sure to not remove your wristband as it will be required upon re-entry.

I’m under 17 years old. Can I still go to the festival?

Under 16’s are permitted to enter the festival, provided they are with an accompanying adult (21+). Please remember to bring I.D. if you appear under 16 and are not with an accompanying adult.

Yes! Pets are more than welcome at Krankenhaus Festival, however we ask that they remain on a lead in the arena.

Do you have disabled access?

The castle is basically suitable for disabled access but the grounds and the Old Barn are naturally uneven and could be tricky if it has rained. Please see the accesibilty section of this website & also the Castles access statement

Unfortunately there are no electric hook-ups at the festival.

Is there WIFI & Phone Signal?

There is free public WIFI at various points around the gardens enabling visitors to access WIFI without a password.
