About Patsy Gillam

Patsy Gillam is a singer/songwriter from Ulverston, on the edge of the Lake District. Her first EP ‘Rebel’ (that she recorded when she was fourteen) was played on ‘Radcliffe and Maconie’ and picked up from there by Tim Burgess who invited her to play at Kendal Calling.

She plays gigs locally in Cumbria and was also involved in the music scene in Glasgow when studying there. She recently released her ‘Heartless’ EP, which was recorded in Bristol. It has a wide range of influences within the songs but all are characterised by her beautiful, distinctive voice, often melancholy sound and thoughtful lyrics which have a touch of wit.
