KRANKENHAUS PRESENTS
Eskdale Mill at Boot – Private Viewing

About Eskdale Mill at Boot – Private Viewing

Saturday morning.

Dating to the 1500s, Eskdale Mill is a Grade II* watermill in Boot village near Dalegarth station. It features original working mill machinery, driven by waterwheels and a modern hydroelectric wheel, alongside award-winning interactive exhibitions. With its scenic garden and an idyllic atmosphere, the watermill will provide you with a memorable Eskdale experience. The mill will open specially for Krankenhaus festival goers on Saturday, from 11.15 am. Entrance to this private viewing is £5. For more information go to www.eskdalemill.co.uk

To get to Boot, we’ll take the La’al Ratty steam train from Ravenglass And Eskdale station which takes you on a seven-mile ride to Dalegarth-for-Boot station. You can purchase train tickets on the day, but we advise you to get tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Boot has three lovely pubs serving food: the Brook House Inn, Boot Inn and the Woolpack Inn.
