Treat your four-legged best friend to a handmade leather collar!
Sunday from 12pm
In this relaxed, hands-on workshop, participants will make a beautiful leather dog collar from start to finish using traditional leatherworking techniques. Guided through each step, from cutting and shaping the leather to burnishing the edges, fitting the hardware and adding a personalised name or decorative stamping.
Whether you’ve never picked up a leatherworking tool before or you’re already a keen maker, you’ll leave with a collar that’s made to fit your own dog (or as a thoughtful gift), along with new skills and a newfound appreciation for working with leather.
There’ll be plenty of time to get creative, ask questions and enjoy the satisfying process of making something by hand.
