About Walks From The Ratty: Red Squirrels and Eskdale

SATURDAY

Saturday morning. The Nature Rich Miterdale team will lead a walk taking in red squirrels, Eskdale Fell, Blea Tarn and a drink in Boot. This is a medium difficulty linear walk with uphill climbs. The walk starts with a steam train on the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, then a 4.5-mile walk with a chance to see red squirrels. Expect glorious views towards the Scafell peaks. Pick up a leaflet on the walk from Festival HQ.
