This free and fun 5K event takes place weekly at Muncaster Castle. During Krankenhaus, you are welcome to take part at your own pace – or just spectate. The run begins at 9 am, heading out from The Gateway Café. Please register here beforehand: register – or, if you already have a Park Run barcode, bring along a scan-able copy. More information here:
Weekend tickets are available at £225 for adults and reduced prices for 17-year-olds and younger or low income. Under threes and carers are free.
There will be a single £25 parking charge for overnight parking for the weekend.
